Network Outage in James Hall

Dear Campus Community,

We are experiencing a network outage due to a switch failure on the east side of James Hall, affecting the 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors. The ITS Network Team is actively working on resolving the issue and will share further updates shortly.

During this time, internet connectivity in offices and classrooms within the affected areas of James Hall will be unavailable or unstable.
