- Supervise security and safety of the campus environment and all persons on campus.
- Supervise all campus peace officers and security personnel.
- Supervise the ID Section.
- Supervise the Public Safety office
- Maintain liaison with local NYPD precincts.
- Maintain and investigate all reported crimes, aided cases, and reported incidents on campus.
- Yearly prepare and publish the Annual Security Report.
