UPDATE: Local Brooklyn College Web Applications Outage
Dear Brooklyn College Community,
As you may be aware, the college was required to take many of our local web applications offline early last week due to a security incident. The ITS development and network teams have been working diligently to safely restore as many services as possible. We apologize again for the ongoing inconvenience caused by the outage.
We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully brought most of the applications back online for on-campus access. Most student applications will be available for public access starting today, but some employee administrative applications that contain confidential data will remain available only on-campus or via VPN. If you are an employee that uses those applications and don’t have VPN access, please reach out to the ITS helpdesk for assistance.
