CUNY CIS is currently aware of CUNY Login Single Sign-On (MFA) service degradation that is affecting all users.

Please be aware that, CUNY Login users:

* That already have active sessions in applications such as Microsoft 365, CUNYBuy, Blackboard/Brightspace, CUNY Remote Access (VPN), CUNY Virtual Desktop (VDI), and Zoom should not be affected in their current application(s).

* That have timed out or are attempting to log in to a single sign-on enabled application may not be able to log in to single sign-on enabled applications during this time and will receive an error message.
