
Mission Statement
The Department of Public Safety is charged with providing a safe and secure environment for all college faculty, staff, students and visitors. As well as, protecting and safeguarding college property. Our officers are PEACE officers who are mandated to enforce college rules and regulations and also civil and criminal laws of the City of New York. The following services are provided through this department- Photo ID, Locksmith, Lost & Found, Fire safety, crime prevention, van shuttle service, evening escort service. Our office which is located at 0202 Ingersoll Hall, is open 24 hours a day and our telephone number is 951-5511, 5512 and 5513.
