Dear Brooklyn College Community,

As we move further into the spring semester, I want to take a moment to thank everyone who participated in our recent initiatives and to share key updates from the Office of Finance and Administration.

Spring 2025 SVPFA Open Forum Update
On March 27, 2025, we held our Spring 2025 Open Forum virtually. Thank you to all who attended and engaged with the discussion. We have compiled responses to frequently asked questions from the Forum to ensure continued transparency and accessibility.

State Budget Update
As of April 28, 2025, Governor Kathy Hochul announced that an agreement has been reached on the FY 2026 New York State Budget.

We are closely monitoring the developments and will provide additional updates specifically regarding CUNY and Brooklyn College as information becomes available.
