You can update personal information like email, address, and phone numbers in CUNYfirst. For name changes, see the name change request process.
- Sign in to CUNYfirst with your CUNY Login credentials.
- Navigate to Employee Self Service: Click on “Employee Self Service” or “HR/Campus Solutions” in the main menu.
- Go to Personal Information: From the Self Service menu, select “Personal Information,” and then choose “Personal Information Summary” or “Contact Details”.
- Update your contact information:
For phone numbers: Find the “Phone Numbers” section. Click the “plus” sign to add a new one or click on the existing number to edit it. Enter the new information, select the “Preferred” checkbox if needed, and click “Save”.
For email addresses: Find the “Email Addresses” section. Click the “plus” sign to add a new one or click on the existing one to edit. Select the “Email Type,” enter the address, mark it as “Preferred” if necessary, and click “Save”.
