I’m teaching part-time and Adobe Creative Cloud apps are required for students to complete my coursework?
If you are teaching part-time and Adobe Apps are needed for students in that class, please request access at the start of the semester through your Dean. If approved, you will be assigned a license for the duration of your class, along with the students.
I’m a full-time employee, but I did not receive an Adobe Acrobat Pro or Express license.
If you are a full-time employee at the Research Foundation or designated by HR as a POI in CUNYfirst. Please contact the ITS Helpdesk to request an Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or Adobe Express license.
What if Adobe Express doesn’t meet all my needs?
If Adobe Express is lacking specific features that are needed for your work at the college, consider some of the Free Alternatives to Adobe Creative Cloud Applications.
If a free alternative is not sufficient, please ask your area head to submit a justification letter to the ITS Helpdesk.
