Event on Campus: How do I arrange for setup/cleanup?

If you have approval to host an event on campus, please let Facilities know about your plans at least two weeks in advance by submitting a work request in Archibus. When submitting the request, please indicate in the Type of Problem section: Res (in the first dropdown menu), then Res Setup (in the second dropdown menu). For Res Cleanup, you will need to submit another work request. Provide the necessary information in the Description section. For example, location, number of tables and chairs needed, electrical requirements, time of event, number of garbage receptacles, etc. Keep in mind that our laborer team may be required to work overtime to accommodate your request. In this case, the host department will be responsible for covering these expenses.
