Guide: Exporting Zoom Meeting Attendance Reports (Licensed Users)

As a licensed Zoom user, you have access to detailed attendance reports for your meetings.
Below are step-by-step instructions to export these reports for your records or for professional development tracking.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal:
    Go to zoom.us/signin and log in with your licensed Zoom account.
  2. Navigate to Reports:
    In the navigation menu (left sidebar), click Reports.
  3. Go to Usage Reports:
    Select the Usage Reports tab, then click Usage.
  4. Find Your Meeting:
    • Search by Time Range:
      Set a date range (within one month) using the “From” and “To” fields, then click Search.
    • Search by Meeting ID:
      Enter your meeting ID in the search bar and click Search.
  5. Export Attendance Data:
    • Export the Entire List of Meetings:
      Click Export as CSV File at the top of the Usage page to download a CSV with all meetings listed.
    • Export a Specific Meeting’s Participants:
      Find your meeting, then click the participant count (number) under the Participants Source column.
      • A pop-up window will appear with participant details (including join and leave times).
      • (Optional) In the window, you can check:
        • Export with meeting data: To include meeting info.
        • Show unique users: To show only unique participants.
      • Click Export in the top-left to download a CSV with this participant data.

Note: Only licensed users have access to these reports.
