How do I sign in to my Zoom account?

Web Browser

1. Open https://cuny.zoom.us in a web browser.The Zoom Video Conferencing page appears.
2. Click Sign in (The CUNY Web Applications Login page appears).
3. Enter your CUNY Login username and password, then click Login.

Zoom Desktop App

1. Open the Zoom client on your computer/device.
2. Click Sign in.The Zoom Cloud Meetings Sign In window appears.
3. Click Sign In with SSO.The Zoom Cloud Meetings Sign In with SSO window appears.
4. Enter CUNY and click Continue.The CUNY Web Applications Login page appears.
5. Enter your CUNY Login username and password, then click Login. 
6. Do one of the following:
   • In the Launch Application window, select Zoom Meetings and click Open Link.
   • In the Zoom Sign in with SSO page, click Launch Zoom.

Zoom Mobile App

1. Open the Zoom client on your device.
2. Tap Sign in.The Sign In window appears.
3. Tap SSO.
4. Enter CUNY and tap Continue. The CUNY Web Applications Login page appears.
5. Enter your CUNY Login username and password on the CUNY Login page
6. Click Login.
