How do I write a new BC Knowledge article?

Review the tips on writing helpful articles and the style guide.

  1. Follow the sign-in instructions you received in your account approval. You will not see the admin bar at the top of the page if you are not signed in.
  2. Open the appropriate BC Knowledge site for your audience:
    BC Knowledge for Students or BC Knowledge for Employees.
  3. On the top admin bar, click + New > Article.
To add a new article, click New > Article.
  1. Add a title for your article and assign appropriate categorie(s). Try to limit your articles to the categories you were assigned in your welcome instructions. You can select multiple categories that apply to your article.
  1. Write your article using the available content blocks and click Publish to make your article available to everyone or Save draft to finish working on it later.
