- Follow the sign-in instructions you received in your account approval. You will not see the admin bar at the top of the page if you are not signed in.
- Open the appropriate BC Knowledge site for your audience:
BC Knowledge for Students or BC Knowledge for Employees. - On the top admin bar, click
+ New
>Article
.
- Add a title for your article and assign appropriate categorie(s). Try to limit your articles to the categories you were assigned in your welcome instructions. You can select multiple categories that apply to your article.
- Write your article using the available content blocks and click
Publish
to make your article available to everyone orSave draft
to finish working on it later.
