Follow these steps to embed an HTML code snippet (from a vendor or your own) in a BC Knowledge article:

Do not switch to visual mode mode when adding the HTML snippet.

1. Insert a custom HTML block

2. Paste the HTML code

3. Click Preview

4. Publish or Update page
