I am unable to create a WebCentral ID?

Employees must have an active appointment in CUNYfirst or the Non-CUPS override database (usually temporary grant and CUNY Research Foundation employees). Ask your department chair or area head to verify your appointment with HR.

It’s also possible, but unlikely, that your date of birth is wrong in CUNYfirst; preventing you from passing the WebCentral account verification screens. Contact the HR personnel office at 718-951-5137 to resolve. You will need to provide proof of the valid date of birth (e.g. birth cerificate, passport, driver’s license).
