Shared Services serves as a hub to centralize essential administrative functions and streamline financial procedures. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration, the office prioritizes the division’s goals and objectives by promoting interdepartmental cooperation and improving efficiency. It does so by offering personalized support services to academic and administrative units to help process financial transactions and mitigate risks. Functions include providing operational training and guidance as well as increasing effective and transparent communication through the use of Brooklyn College Knowledge and SharePoint.
