Shared Services provides management support to streamline and deploy necessary resources to the campus community for a variety of administrative functions. Reporting to the Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration, the office acts as a centralized resource hub for operational and essential services.
Currently, it provides training and support with the recent rollout of CUNY’s new procurement system, CUNYBuy. In addition, the office is working on more effective and transparent communication for the campus community by organizing the growing knowledge base on Brooklyn College Knowledge as well as developing a SharePoint site for end users to stay informed on important college processes.
