Reporting Facilities Issues

For any Facilities-related emergencies, such as an active water leak, fire, smoke, or any other urgent issue, please call x5885 immediately. Temperature-related concerns, like rooms being excessively hot or cold, are also considered emergencies and should be reported through the same number. Employees: If a Facilities work request needs to be created, please use the college’s Archibus work request system. Detailed instructions on how to submit a work request can be found here. If you do not have access, contact your department administrator for assistance.

Students: You can report facilities issues by calling x5885 or emailing FacOps@brooklyn.cuny.edu.

For any inquiries about the status of a work request or to follow up with Facilities Operations, please email FacOps@brooklyn.cuny.edu to ensure timely resolution.
