    Brooklyn College is enhancing waste management with new initiatives. NYC’s “Skip the Stuff” law now limits unnecessary takeout items. Campus trash bins are centralized in common areas to improve recycling, and the 2024 Waste Audit Report highlights composting options and the impact of single-use plastics.
