Degree Audit Dashboard

The Degree Audit Dashboard, available in BC WebCentral, is a reporting tool that provides departments with a list of students that are or may be graduation candidates for a given semester.

Only one year’s worth of semesters will be available in this report at any given time. If you wish to obtain related information for semester preceding what is available to you in the Degree Audit Dashboard, please reach out to us for support.

Instructions

To utilize the Degree Audit Dashboard, follow the steps below.

  • Log into BC WebCentral.
  • Click on E-services on the left hand side menu.
  • Under Restricted Administrative Applications, click Degree Audit Dashboard. A list of students will populate.
  • Utilize the Filters and Sorting options to narrow down your student list, where appropriate. All filters are optional and can be combined.
    • Graduation Term: Obtain a list of students by graduation term (only one year of terms will be available)
    • Emplid: Search for a specific student by 8-digit CUNYfirst ID number (EMPLID)
    • Last Name: Search for student(s) by last name
    • Plan: Search for students by major (CUNYfirst plan code must be used (e.g., ACCNT-MS)
    • Division: Display only undergrad (UGRD) or graduate (GRAD) students
    • Checkout Status: Narrow down search by students’ graduation application status
      • AG – Applied for Graduation
      • AP – Pending Faculty Council Approval
      • AW – Awarded Degree
      • DN – Denied/Not Graduated
      • EG – Eligible to Apply for Graduation
      • IR – In Review
      • PN – Pending Unresolved Requirements
    • Earned Credits: Search by the number of earned credits (includes transfer credits and credits where grades have been received; does not include credits for courses not completed (current and future term courses where grades have not yet been posted)
    • Overall GPA: Search for students based on cumulative GPA
  • Click on Submit to update your report. In this example, we are pulling Graduate students who are expected to graduate in the Spring 2024 term with a GPA of 3.5 or above.
  • Your report will now refresh and show the list of students that reflect your search criteria.
  • Click on the Get Eligible students List in Excel format to download the report, if desired.

How To Use This Data

Departments can use this data to determine if they would like to:

  • Monitor the list of students that are graduating from their major(s)/program(s) semester to semester
