How do I setup a signature in M365?

Create an email signature

  1. Open Outlook on the web (sign in using your CUNY Login credentials)
  2. Select New Email.
  3. Select Signature > Signatures.
  4. Select New, type a name for the signature, and select OK.
  5. Under Edit signature, type your signature and format it the way you like.
  6. Select OK and close the email.
  7. Select New Email to see the signature you created.
