My CUNY Login MFA device was lost, stolen, or replaced.

If you no longer have access to the device you used for CUNY Login MFA verification (due to loss, theft, or device change), your CUNY Login MFA will need to be reset.

Contact the ITS Helpdesk immediately for assistance by phone at 718-951-4357 or by submitting a support request.

TIP: Before trading in or disposing of your old device, make sure to add your new device or a different device as a multi-factor authentication (MFA) option from the CUNY MFA Self-Service page.
