- Ceiling mounted video projector
- Sound system
- Projection screen (electric or manual)
- Dimmable lighting
- Room-darkening window shades
- Network connectivity to the lectern

Some rooms have:
- Digital Document camera to project paper documents
- A desktop tablet or a Sympodium interactive display to facilitate image annotation
- Podium mounted or wireless microphones
