- Wednesday, March 15, 2023: Last day to submit a complete CUNYfirst requisition in the amount of $5,000 or more.
- Wednesday, March 29, 2023: Last day to submit a complete CUNYfirst requisition in the amount of $4,999 or less.

Exceptions are made for purchases critical to operational and academic needs. Exceptions are also made in some instances for events held for students after the deadline. If you are currently in the planning stages for events that will be held after March, please submit the requisitions ASAP.
