| Sunday, January 5, 2025 | – Registrar posts WN grades for students marked as not attending in submitted VOE rosters – Grade of W is Assigned to Students Who Officially Withdraw from a Course |
| Monday, January 6, 2025 | – Last Day for Students to Submit a Pass/Fail Elective for Winter in BC Web Central |
| Thursday, January 16, 2025 | – Last Day for Students to Withdraw from Course with a grade of W |
| Sunday, January 19th, 2025 | – Final deadline to submit VOE rosters to mark students as not attending your classes for Winter – This is your final opportunity to complete this task, as VOE submissions cannot be done in the final grade rosters (Instructions for VOE Roster Submission) |
