Tips on Joining Support Sessions
- Join early – First come, first served
- Hop-on Hop-off – No need to stay for the entire hour
- Login to the CUNYBuy portal – Be prepared to share your screen
- Mute your speaker – Until your turn
Service Now Ticket: For assistance with issues related to CUNYBuy that cannot be resolved, please create a Service Now ticket that will be handled by the CUNYBuy team.
