Due to severe weather conditions, Brooklyn College is shifting to remote operations on Monday, January 26, 2026. All scheduled classes will pivot to remote learning. The college will be closed. All scheduled essential personnel are required to report for work. Non-essential employees should work remotely.

What to expect

All classes are to be conducted remotely. Students should expect to hear directly from their professors with details on how to attend class remotely.
Students should check their email and Brightspace for course updates and information about remote instruction plans.
Employees should monitor their Brooklyn College email for further updates and any additional guidance from supervisors.
Essential employees are required to report to work.
