Roosevelt Extension: Temporary Water Shutdown

Dear Campus Community,

Please note the upcoming critical HVAC repairs: 

  1. James Hall east side HVAC unit repair work is scheduled on Tuesday, March 31, starting 8 am to 4 pm. Building occupants will notice low air flow and temperature fluctuations. The repair is estimated to be completed by the end of the day.
  2. Campus steam shutdown on the East Quad due to worsening leak in the library. The work is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon, March 31, to Friday, April 3. During the repair, there will be no heat or domestic hot water on the east end of campus.
  3. Whitehead PRV steam station repair will begin Wednesday, April 1, and will take 2-3 weeks to complete. During the repair, there will be no heat and domestic hot water to the building.

These repairs are essential to maintain operations at the college. Thank you for your patience.
