Whitehead Campus Road Entrance – Deliveries
As a reminder, the Whitehead Campus Road entrance is currently scheduled to reopen on Tuesday, September 8th 2026. The entrance will only be open for foot traffic through September 26th while the newly poured concrete continues to harden. Please note that the main campus gate adjacent to the bike rack and library cafe (The Bike Rack Entrance) will close as of the same day (9/8/26).
To coordinate deliveries of heavier items requiring a hand truck, cart, etc. to Whitehead please reach out to public safety at x5511 (preferably 24 hours in advance – when possible) and a security officer will be available to open the Bike Rack entrance on an as needed basis. Deliveries can continue to be brought in through the Library Cafe entrance in coordination with the Cafe staff.
