Go to CUNY IT Help and click Login at the top-right of the page and sign in using your CUNY Login.
As of June 27, 2022, all new service requests and issues (incidents) are entered and managed using the ServiceNow CRM system available through CUNY IT Help. CUNY no longer accepts CUNYfirst tickets.
