All CUNYfirst access requests for financial roles must be submitted via CUNY ServiceNow. Submissions must include a completed security form signed by the user and manager. You will be notified via automated e-mail from ServiceNow when access has been granted (usually within two weeks of submission).
To request access to Proftech, the department chair or program director must submit a CUNY ServiceNow request. No security form is required.
