How Do I Reset An Expired Access Code?

1. Go to the Change Access Code page
2. Enter your CUNYfirst EMPL ID and Date of Birth.
3. Click the I Know My Access Code button.
   If you don’t remember your old access code, click the I Forgot my Access Code option.
4. If you are enrolled in SMART Credentials, choose one of your verified SMART Credentials options to receive the code. Otherwise, a verification code will be sent to your official BC email account. It may take up to 5 minutes to receive the email or text depending on the server traffic.
5. Enter the verification code in the space provided.
6. Enter you new access code in the space provided.

Access codes expire every 90 days. You will receive an email notification prior to your access code expiration and after expiration.
