Outlook 365 for Windows
- Open Outlook
- Select View
- Click Show Focused Inbox to unselect
- If Show Focused Inbox isn’t highlighted, your inbox will show you all incoming emails.
- If Show Focused Inbox is highlighted in grey, it’s on, and your inbox is divided into two tabs: Focused and Other
Outlook Mobile App
- Open the mobile app
- Tap your profile picture (or initials)
- Tap the settings icon
- Toggle Focused Inbox off
Outlook 365 on the web
- Open outlook.office.com
- Select View > View Settings > Focused Inbox
- Select the option Don’t sort my messages
