Using mail merge from a shared mailbox

  1. If you are using Outlook, log out. Open Outlook. Select Options > >
  1. Select New…
  1. Type a name for the profile. Select OK
  1. Type the shared email address. Select Connect
  1. Type in your CUNY Login username. Select Next
  1. You will be redirected to sign in using your CUNY LoginType in your CUNYFirst Username and Password.
  2. Open Outlook if it is not open yet. For Profile Name: choose the new profile you just made for the name. Select OK
  1. Open Word. Select the Mailings tab.
  1. Select the Start Mail Merge button. You can start merging your emails.
