What is an Access Code?

An Access Code is a special password that grants access to various privileged applications and services. Authorization for most restricted administrative applications is granted by the Registrar’s Office or a department chair/area head. Access Codes expire every 90 days Staff members with access codes receive email notifications to change the access code prior to expiration, but you can verify if an access code is expired in PUIT.

Most applications that require access codes are accessible in the Restricted Administrative Applications WebCentral portal channel (in the eServicestab).
