What is Microsoft Bookings?
Microsoft Bookings simplifies appointment scheduling by allowing you or your office to share your availability for meetings, appointments, and events through a public or private Bookings page. Bookings integrates directly with your Microsoft 365 calendar on Outlook or Teams. It is very similar to Calendly, but included for free as part of our CUNY Microsoft 365 platform.
By sharing your calendar availability recipients can see available times and book a meeting by selecting a time slot. The meeting time is automatically added to your calendar.
Can I create a shared office calendar that allows students to book their own appointments?
Yes. You can create and publish multiple shared Bookings pages, each with its own set of services. Bookings manages service availability and matches it with your staff availability. You can hide or show individual staff members from the bookings page.
How do I start using the Bookings app?
