How do I send email attachments to my students?

Here are a few options for sending attachments to your students:

• CUNY Blackboard has comprehensive features for sharing documents with your students.
• Use the attachment option in the CUNYfirst email tool.
• Use the Send Email With Attachment feature on your Teaching Schedule and Roster app. There is a 5MB maximum file size for email attachments using this app.
• Use Dropbox or Microsoft OneDrive to share files (including large files) with your students. You can create a shareable link to large files in Dropbox that can be added to emails sent from any of the available communication tools.
