How do I submit grade changes for INC, W, or FIN grades?

Go to eServices > Restricted Administrative Applications.

Requires permission granted by Registrar via access code.

How does the INC, W, or FIN grade change process work?

Instructors contact their department Chair or designee to complete the request online. It is then forwarded to the Registrar’s office for processing. There is no approval needed by the Dean’s or CAASS offices. After the deadline, if not changed, INC becomes FIN. Undergraduate Grade Changes are also available for grade changes other than INC and W grades. The Registrar’s Office makes the final changes in CUNYfirst for approved grade changes.
