Summary
As part of a required upgrade to the latest version of Sophos on Mac, users on some versions of MacOS will be prompted — via operating system pop-ups — to grant additional security permissions for Sophos, including the following:
- Allowing Sophos Network Extension to filter network content.
- Enabling privacy and security options for SophosScanD and Sophos Network Extension.
Completing these approval steps on the Mac is required for Sophos Antivirus to continue protecting your computer from viruses and malware.
