How to: Enroll, Swap, and Drop Students from Classes Using Quick Enroll

Advisors and departments can support student enrollment by enrolling, swapping, and dropping them from classes via Quick Enroll.

Please note that these transactions cannot be done year round and can only be done within a term’s enrollment period. For more information on when registration begins for a particular term, please review the Academic Calendar.

Departments can also grant students permission to enroll in classes. This will allow students to enroll on their own based on various overrides (e.g., pre-requisites or department consent). For more information, visit How to: Enter CUNYfirst Class Permissions.
